| Ailment | Rheumatism. The roots and leaves of the plant are crushed in old water with 7 slices of ginger and flowers of Hibiscus rosa sinensis to make a paste. The paste is applied to areas of rheumatic pain twice daily for 7 days with a bandage made from white cloth. |
